I often wondered how passive income got its name. It really isn’t passive, well, at least not in the beginning. In the beginning, there is a lot of work that comes with creating an income stream which you rely on to accumulate while you are asleep, spending time with family or working on other products. You have to research your income options, set up systems, test the systems and make tweaks. And, of course then, there is time. You need time to see what works, what doesn’t and use your experiences to improve upon what you’ve learned. I am not sure where it has been written, but I keep hearing that most millionaires have seven streams of income.

Nonetheless, the website Real Passive Income (www.realpassiveincome.com) provides a pretty extensive list of passive income opportunities. If you are looking down to create multiple income streams you may find the post very helpful. I have tried some recommendations like writing a guide and design and sell t-shirts. While others, like buying an existing business and creating an app, are on my income making bucket list. Still, I’m happy to share my findings as I experiment with various opportunities to increase my income. Who knows maybe there will be an opportunity for me to host an “income stream challenge” in the pipeline. In the meantime, don’t forget to follow me on Periscope @yasmeenhayes where I offer tips on how to creating income streams and why you should too.

I have an exciting project I am working on and will share with you very soon. In the meantime, if you haven't joined already, please feel free to sign-up to my mailing list by clicking here, to receive updates, links to my live broadcasts and special announcements.
